Modern society is money crazy and money starved. Ask almost anyone if they have enough money and you already know what the answer will be. Why? Scarcity. When something is made to seem scarce, people will CRAVE it and will do almost anything to get it. You see criminals (white collar included) committing the craziest crimes to get their hands on money.

One of the biggest LIES in our society is that there is a scarcity of money. Literally and honestly, money is all over the place and surrounds us at every moment. Billions upon trillions of dollars are being earned, spent, saved, or wasted at every turn. It is received honestly or dishonestly, given away and thrown away. It is spent on useless or destructive things by the billions but is also hugely spent on helping others. THERE IS NO LACK.

Money can seem illusive, not being a thing in itself but merely a medium of exchange, a representation or way to measure things in the physical world. It is like degrees compared to temperature. The amount of money you have shows the degree of value you give to others through your life's work.

If you want a warmer house, you have to do something to make it warmer. Staring at the thermometer and wondering why it is not warmer will not do it. You have to adjust the thermostat! That then sets into motion the processes and actions that will make the house warmer.

If you want more money you have to adjust your financial thermostat! THAT will set into motion the actions and processes which will bring you more money. This website will help you do that in several ways. It is a conscious thing that is done without effort.

Money tends to have a water-like quality (being a 'currency', an 'energy', not a thing). It seems to seep out of every crack and disappear. This has been intentionally designed by those that are profiting from your labors and your lack of financial education. You will see much more about that in the forum. 

A fixation on and a craving for money (or anything else you want) will make it STAY AWAY from you. Anything you crave is something you have decided HARD that you don't or can't have. The more fixed this idea is in your mind, the more it will evade you.

If you want more money, you have to change the way you think about it. It would serve you well to read this page several times, as it contains the basic laws of money and income; how to increase it and how people manage to make it stay away from them.

Most people want more money so they can spend it. They already spend (meaning waste in many cases) more than they earn and think they need more money to solve their problems. But sure enough, when they have more money they spend still more and their financial problems and debts increase further. The problem is what you do with what you have.

Money and income are overrated. 'Making more money' becomes the whole goal. The real trick is to focus on accumulating ASSETS that will automatically bring you more money passively over and over for life. And to focus on KEEPING in your possession a larger percentage of what you earn.

Your assets include your personal self-education (personal advancement) and financial education (raising your financial IQ) in addition to acquiring physical assets that will generate passive income for you  (real estate, business or home business income streams and others).

You and I can HAVE money, as much as we want and as much as we decide to have. We do it by creating valuable PRODUCTS, SERVICES or TRANSACTIONS that are then exchanged with real people for money.

Types of Work

An employee normally creates a product (or part of it) or performs a service for his or her employer. This is exchanged for money, often on an hourly basis and sometimes on a commission basis. If you create a significant quantity or quality of service (adding more value to the business) you can often get more money (bonuses, raises, promotions, benefits).

Executives are usually paid more than those they manage, as they are responsible for a larger percentage of the total value of products or services produced by business. The better they train their staff and augment their willingness to work, the more value is created for clients. 

This is all based on a natural laws: the Law of Exchange and the Law of Attraction.

A self-employed person in their own small business similarly produces a product or service for their clients or customers. Their pay depends on the volume of happy customers they provide a valuable product or service to. Their number of work hours depends on how they organize their business. They are either involved in every little aspect (many hours) or have it organized so it can run almost completely without them (few hours). Their income is not therefore dependent on TIME but on how they organize their business. This gives a key to the time freedom you are looking for as an entrepreneur.   

Investors have a different angle on money and income. They involve their money (and/or someone else's) in a transaction of some sort and they make the money work for them. This is called working smart if it gets a return. There are many ways to do this, sometimes involving appreciation of an asset (over time or through a controlled process) or adding value in a transaction. The deals or transactions involved can be swift or slow.

Owning a business is a form of investment where one invests one's time or money (or Other People's Money, 'OPM') into a structure that sells products or delivers services. This can range from a one-man-band (self-employed and working either efficiently or day and night) to a fully organized larger business where one has all or most of the work covered by others.

This degree of organization again is the key which gives the ideal situation of time freedom and financial freedom.
